DISTRICT 09

In the early 1900’s Palomar City was a major international shipping port. The water-ways were lined with docks and there was a railway system to support them. As the city and country changed over the course of the century, the shipping industry streamlined and consolidated. In Palomar City the majority of the docks fell out of service and whether through natural or unnatural selection, the docks of District 09 remain the only functioning operation in town. These docks and all the cargo that comes and goes through them are controlled by the Industrial Behemoth, Brennan/Steiner, INC, run by fifth generation Oligarch, Dane Brennan.

The official Port Authority of Palomar City operates out of District 09.
